My biggest ever hit, made in 1984 for Record Shack Records, which sold seven million worldwide. How they ever went bust after that is a mystery, but I stepped in and rescued the whole catalogue from the liquidator. Twenty three years later it still sounds amazing, and isn't it about time for a remake ???I discovered Evelyn while holding auditions in 1975 in Chicago, arranged by Danny Leake, who I'd met the year before, in England, with his group, 100% Pure Poison. In February 1976, Evelyn's first record, "Weak Spot" and a song by a young Chicago postman, L.J. Johnson, both charted in the same week, and both acts were flown over to appear on Top Of The Pops, both on the same show. The entire music business was flummoxed as to how two completely unknown young black singers from Chicago, who had never even recorded before, both had hits on entirely different labels in the same week as each other. It was a further eight years before Evelyn went on to record her classic, the seven million selling "High Energy", and I wish I could have a few more of those. |

Little Erin Merryweather begins in a New England town on a college campus.A rash of murders alarms the campus and town with some people say they have seen flashes of red or perhaps a person in a red cape like Little Red Riding Hood in the areas where the murders took place.Student Peter Bloom investigates the grisly killings until the stakes grow higher and the body count mounts. While he is trying to uncover the killer's identity and solve the mystery, another two students are murdered on the campus.Striking similarities in the way each of the victims are murdered have been uncovered but is this clue enough stop the killings?Peter's ongoing search thrusts him into a fairytale world of nightmares and a disturbing local town history. As Peter closes in on the killer, his own fate is uncertain as he becomes the next target for the ruthless killer. |

Aether was born out of a diverse, but equally passionate, bunch of Musicians: Sean, the Space Viking on bass; John E, the King of Rockadile Croc Guitar; Dirtboy Simon and his angry dog, Riff; and Princess Disenchantment herself, Justine, on vocals. Where our 4 worlds collide there lives a hybrid amalgamation of powerful, grooves and haunting melodies, each as varied as the band members themselves. We have been making these sounds for some time now, writing, recording and producing ourselves at our home studio in Surrey. We have also produced other artists, as well as recording a covers album and making videos for our own tunes. We are hoping to create our own site from which you can explore these other projects, if you like our sound.
